D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Land Administrative Assistant for their Operations Department (Northern Utah). The right candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Land Acquisition Department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of maps using Google Earth or related software
Coordinate meetings with municipalities and land sellers
Assist in Due Diligence, budget preparation and evaluation of land
Delivery and Pick-up of checks, applications and misc. paperwork
Data Entry and Database/Spreadsheet Maintenance
Ability to attend night municipal meetings for approvals as needed
Maintain Filing
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school strongly preferred; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
