Position Overview The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer experience
Job Functions - Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, supply chain, financial systems, SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms).
- Build and maintain data models to measure product, customer, and market performance.
- Create DAX measures, calculated columns, and advanced data modeling to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and reconciliation.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain, finance) to understand business challenges and deliver data solutions.
- Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives including forecasting, segmentation, and performance modeling.
- Enable self-service analytics and train end-users on dashboard usage.

- Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices in data visualization and analytics.
- Identify process improvements, data gaps, and opportunities for automation
Required - High school diploma or GED with relevant experience in analytics, business, or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong skills in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in the HVAC or wholesale distribution industry.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
