Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Azusa, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Azusa, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage routing for shipments and deliveries.
• Check in drivers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Build and manage Bills of Lading (BOL) for shipments.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory control.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Write and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as required for inventory and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and email communication.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
