Position Overview:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will work remotely to provide top-notch administrative support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, is detail-oriented, and can handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage calendars and scheduling
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
Oversee social media management and engagement
Create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations
Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
Prepare and submit expense reports
Provide outstanding client care and support
Assist with light event planning and coordination
Organize and manage email correspondence
Help create and maintain procedural documents
Manage newsletters for distribution

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Fully equipped home office, including:
A computer with the full version of MS Office 365
High-speed internet access
A smartphone with email capability
A computer with a working webcam for virtual meetings
Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Additional Information:
This is a 1099 contractor position, fully remote
Background check required prior to contracting
Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
This position is not project-based and is not intended to be done alongside a full-time job
We are not currently considering applicants from MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA
