Production Trainer (Machining)
12 Month Contract role
US Citizenship is required.

• Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. 
• Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. 
• Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
• **This position if for a Trainer production for Machining**.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Apprentice graduate/ Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience. 
• May require certification.

Notes:

• Will this assignment require travel?

a. Yes, they will train in VA for up to 4 months prior to coming back to Charleston.

• Will the primary work site location be inside or outside the yard gates?

a. Site location will be Charleston, SC post training.

• Is there an opportunity for this position to be remote?

a. No

• Does the primary work site location have an elevator in the building?

a. Yes.

• Will this person need PPE? If so, please list the items: Hard Hat, Steel toe Boots, hearing protection, & Safety glasses.

Hours:

• Either First 6am to 4:30pm MON-THURS or Second 4pm to 2:30am MON-THURS.
