Currently, we have a Title Processor position available with a well-established Title Company located in Orlando, FL where professionalism and integrity drive our commitment to exceptional client service. Your specific duties will include:

• Entering title orders.
• Gathering information and documents from all parties involved in the transaction.
• Ordering payoffs, surveys, estoppels, and HOA documents.
• Clearing liens and judgments.
• Scheduling closings.

Specific qualifications for the position include : 

• Experience with RanQuest software (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of 25-35 files.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.

Pay Rate Range : 45K – 50K annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
