Job Title : Technical Training and Change Management Specialist

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications :

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing training curricula, presenting technical information for non-technical staff.
• Experience working directly with program/business staff to implement a technical solution and manage organizational change.
• Experience preparing verbal and written briefings and reports for executive staff and other audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Informatica data governance tools, such as Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality.
• Experience working with public health program areas or data assets.
• Experience with web-based learning management systems and e-Learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training curricula to ensure seamless adoption of technical solutions by non-technical staff.
• Collaborate with business and program stakeholders to facilitate successful technical implementations and change management initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate key insights and updates effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and alignment on project objectives.
• Support data governance initiatives by providing training and guidance on Informatica tools (if applicable).
• Assist in developing and maintaining web-based learning modules to support ongoing education and user adoption.
