Job Title: Technical Product Owner (Cloud Implementation)

About the Role:

CirrusLabs is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive cloud implementation projects for one of our esteemed clients . The ideal candidate will be a highly communicative and strategic thinker , capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role requires hands-on experience in cloud-based product development , preferably in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , though AWS and Azure experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cloud architects to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs , ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development follows agile principles and meets cloud best practices.
• Own the product roadmap , translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Drive cloud implementation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Ensure the product adheres to security, compliance, and scalability best practices within a cloud environment.
• Monitor cloud cost optimizations , service improvements, and performance enhancements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on cloud technology trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role within cloud-based software development.
• Has to be a self-starter & a go getter who can own a task/project to take it over the finish line.
• Hands-on experience in cloud computing platforms , with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (AWS and Azure experience is also acceptable).
• Good understanding of cloud migration, cloud security, DevOps, and microservices architectures .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -ability to translate technical details into business impact.
• Proven track record of driving product strategies and roadmaps in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with engineering teams, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong familiarity with ADO, JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile product management tools .
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless computing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
