13831 – Sr Salesforce UX Designer (hybrid) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Required:
• Experience as a UX Designer, with Salesforce;
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud;
• Experience with out of the box features and functions within specific Salesforce products;
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning web components / concepts including flex cards, omniscripts, lightning flows, pagination, etc;
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work;
• Experience in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;
• Bachelors Degree.

Preferred:
• Salesforce UX Designer certification.

Responsibilities :
• Understand business requirements, user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze data to inform design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications;
• Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet business requirements;
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals;
• Apply branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all Salesforce applications;
• Create detailed design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and guidelines to support development and implementation;
• Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
