We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Coach to work across our Product and Technology organization to drive agile maturity, improve delivery effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader, guiding teams and leadership in adopting and optimizing Agile frameworks at scale. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and stakeholders to enhance agility, alignment, and business outcomes.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product and Technology leadership to assess current Agile maturity and develop a roadmap for enterprise-wide agility.
  • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agility, etc.), mindset, and best practices.
  • Lead Agile transformation efforts, helping teams mature in Agile delivery models.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, training workshops, and strategic planning sessions to improve collaboration and execution.
  • Identify and address organizational impediments to agility and work with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Define and track Agile performance metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric, value-driven approach to Agile transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering an Agile culture across teams and leadership.
  • Provide guidance on Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product board, etc) to optimize workflow transparency and effectiveness.
Experience Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Agile coaching experience across technology and product organizations.
  • Proven experience driving Agile transformations at an enterprise level.
  • Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile, etc.).
  • Strong facilitation, training, and mentoring skills with teams and executives.
  • Experience with organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to measure Agile maturity and identify key improvement areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, etc.) preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
