The Opportunity : As a Sales Arborist with RTEC, you will join us on a mission focused on doing the right things for both people and the planet. This position merges your sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. This opportunity is for you if you are driven to close deals backed by a best-in-class operation, operate well with autonomy, and have the confidence to sell in a high-commission environment with high earning potential. We are seeking someone with an Environmental or related degree or someone with several years in a similar company or position. In this role, you can expect to:ââââââ
- Earn a competitive salary with commission and bonus opportunities up to 2x your base salary
- Navigate and leverage a CRM to manage B2C relationships confidently
- Establish and nurture 1 on 1 relationships with existing and new clients
- Close deals over the phone with exceptional customer service

- Base salary range of $65,000-75,000 with commission and bonus opportunities up to 2x your base salary .

Who They Are Looking For: - 1-3 years of experience in the tree care industry or a background in sales.
- Eager to obtain ISA Arborist Certification, with support from RTEC for exam costs and preparation.
- Desire to learn the identification of regional trees and shrubs, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.
