Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing or a highly experienced Superintendent ready to transition into a PM role . This is an opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, managing large-scale projects while benefiting from a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum two years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing OR a highly experienced Superintendent ready for a PM role .
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
