Job Description

Project Manager

Role Overview : The Project Manager will lead and manage multiple projects with a focus on finances, schedules, and deliverables. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects align with customer contracts, meet timelines, and adhere to policies and procedures. The Project Manager will be responsible for identifying project risks and leading mitigation efforts while keeping stakeholders informed. This role follows the full project management lifecycle: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

Responsibilities :
  • Project Management : Translate customer orders into actionable projects using project management tools and applications.

  • Scope and Goals : Understand the customer's scope of work, goals, project timelines, and expected outcomes.

  • Resource Coordination : Drive resource allocation and logistical needs to meet project requirements on time.

  • Customer Meetings : Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during deployment customer meetings.

  • Data Management : Ensure that Crown Castle and customer systems are updated with accurate, reportable data.

  • Status Reporting : Regularly report project status against commitments and keep stakeholders, including customers, informed.

  • Conflict Resolution : Resolve conflicts and address issues between the customer and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Financial Management : Own the financial accountability for individual and grouped projects.

  • Scope Management : Manage scope creep and changes in work orders according to contractual guidelines.

  • Issue Escalation : Escalate issues through appropriate internal and external channels to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Customer Engagement : Engage directly with customers, vendors, or contractors at their locations or remotely.

Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

  • Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in project management with experience in customer-facing roles. Experience in managing project budgets or financial aspects of projects is essential.

Working Conditions :
  • Hybrid Work Model : Work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays , with the option to work from home or the office on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Travel : Travel may be required for collaboration with teammates and stakeholders during critical moments.
