Oversee daily operations of multifamily apartment communities.
Supervise and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
Manage leasing, renewals, rent collections, and resident relations.
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
Coordinate turnovers, inspections, and maintenance requests.
2+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager (multifamily preferred).
Strong understanding of leasing operations and resident retention .
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software .
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Knowledge of Affordable Housing (HUD/LIHTC) is a plus.
