About the Unit:

• 40-bed Mother-Baby Unit caring for adolescent and adult women, newborns, and high-risk antepartum patients.
• Highly skilled nursing team, many of whom hold Maternal Newborn Nursing certification.
• Patient acuity ranges from low-risk deliveries to high-risk maternal care, supported by Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists.
• Lactation consultants (IBCLCs) on-site 7 days a week providing inpatient and outpatient breastfeeding support, as well as managing our donor milk program.
• Full-time social workers available to provide resources and support for psychosocial needs.

Qualifications:

Education: BSN required.

Experience: 3+ years in progressive leadership experience in Mother/Baby and/or Women’s Services.
