The Maintainer III will be responsible for moving office furniture and equipment. Performs janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping or maintenance tasks for upkeep of college buildings and grounds.

Job Requirements:

• One year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in building custodial or grounds keeping.
• Possession of a valid Massachusetts Class 3 Motor Vehicle Operators license
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to details are essential
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others
• Must have physical stamina, endurance and be able to move heavy objects

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $1,857.51 bi-weekly/$48,295.26 annually Grade: 13. Full Time Benefited position.
