Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and family counseling, conduct mental health assessments, and develop treatment plans in alignment with Ohio Department of Mental Health regulations. This is a contracted position with competitive revenue-sharing compensation.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide individual and/or family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults via in-office or telehealth sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, provide diagnoses, and recommend appropriate treatment.
- Develop, implement, and review client treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Complete Incident Reports and Major Unusual Incident (MUI) reporting as required.
- Maintain communication with families and external service providers (for youth clients).
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation per Ohio Department of Mental Health and company guidelines.
- Offer caregiver training on mental health disorders when needed.
- Attend staff and supervisory meetings as required.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in clinical supervision (for LPCs) as mandated.
- Demonstrate cultural and ethical sensitivity in all interactions with clients, caregivers, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Active licensure in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S.
- Strong integrity, maturity, and sound judgment.
- Experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in determining the best course of treatment.
- Flexible schedule.
- Successful completion of background and FBI checks.
Compensation: - Master’s Level with Licensure(LPC): 40% of revenues collected for Independent Contractors.
- Master’s Level with Independent Licensure (LPCC): 50% of revenues collected for Independent Contractors.
