Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to provide top-tier support. This role involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting attorneys and high-net-worth clients. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional time management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and submit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Accurately manage manual and electronic filings, adhering to all submission guidelines
• Oversee attorney schedules, arrange meetings, and monitor critical deadlines
• Prepare and process client billing statements with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
• Organize and maintain case files for a document-heavy legal practice
• Offer general administrative support by tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
