Potential Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and develop highly innovative world-class learning content and experiences aligned with adult learning principles and relevant to the learning styles of diverse groups of users.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials in E-Learning format, using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Rise.
Develop training sessions for employees at various organizational levels, ensuring content is impactful and relevant.
Transform written content into visual descriptions (graphics and infographics) to captivate learners and maximize training effectiveness.
Edit various multimedia elements-videos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and voiceovers-as required.
The Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education or related field.
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to develop, design, test and trial and further improve high impact learning materials
3-5 years of experience in instructional design, familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models i.e. ADDIE
Demonstrated ability to develop programs directed at a diverse, global audiences.
Track record of designing blended learning experiences, incorporating both E-learning and in-person development. Strong planning & organization with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to develop training materials that communicates the intended concepts or messages given by the project teams and provide recommendations to enhance the learning experience;
Proficient in key instructional design tools such as Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint;
Strong experience in copywriting, scripting and storyboarding
Fluency in English, additional languages are appreciated;
Preferred, not required: candidate has their own Articulate license
