The work involves site prep, loading, unloading equipment, clearing debris, helping out your team members, and any other tasks needed or directed by the project foreman. This Job will be based out of Norwood Massachusetts Responsibilities:

• Make sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members don’t suffer any injuries
• Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site
• Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized
• Help your team with all stages of the build to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible

Qualifications:

• Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred
• This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
• Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
