Job Description

**CTG is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to support environmental review activities with a strong focus on NEPA and SEPA compliance.** **Location:** Richland, WA **Duration:** 12 months **What You'll Do** + Conduct environmental research, field visits, and site assessments + Support NEPA/SEPA documentation, reporting, and compliance reviews + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address environmental issues + Prepare technical reports, impact statements, and project presentations + Monitor regulations and guide project teams on environmental requirements **What You Bring** + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biological Science, or related field + 5+ years of environmental experience + Strong background with NEPA/SEPA processes + Experience with permitting (NPDES, stormwater, air, water rights) is a plus + Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $58.00 to $79.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
