Overview of the Role

Our telecommunications client is seeking a**Creative Development

Manager**to lead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition. This role is responsible for overseeing creative development, managing agency partnerships, and ensuring all campaign assets align with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in direct marketing, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and innovation across initiatives.

The Basics

• Duration: 6 months
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Hybrid (Overland Park, KS)

Top 3 Required Qualifications

7-10 years of creative development management experience (client and/or agency side) Proven ability to deliver innovative creative solutions while adhering to brand guidelines Strong understanding of direct marketing techniques and campaign optimization

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment

• Skilled in interpreting consumer insights and segmentation data to

inform creative strategy

• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with agency workflows and creative briefing processes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for acquisition campaigns, including

visual assets and copy strategy

• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and external

agency partners

• Provide strategic direction based on consumer research and

segmentation insights

• Review and vet creative briefs to ensure alignment with campaign

goals

• Facilitate campaign kickoffs, creative reviews, and approvals across

leadership levels

• Manage projects from concept through final asset delivery, ensuring

brand consistency and budget adherence

• Recommend cost efficiencies and apply direct marketing best

practices to improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with senior leadership to present creative concepts and

track campaign progress

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
