Job Summary:
As the Corporate Recruiter, you will lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and manage a strong pipeline of candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain external talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Onboarding: Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring all paperwork and pre-start tasks are completed on time.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, offering a positive, seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment activities.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices meet state and federal labor laws and organizational policies.
Diversity & Inclusion: Collaborate with hiring managers on diversity initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
Recruitment Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment data to continuously optimize processes and improve results.
Recruitment Events: Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to connect with potential candidates.
External Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and organizations to expand sourcing channels.
Background Checks & Drug Screens: Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies.
Special Projects: Support the HR Director on special recruitment-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruiting with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
Tech Skills: Proficiency with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
