SUMMARY:

Enscicon is hiring for a Construction Project Manager with 5-10+ years of Heavy Industrial Construction experience, specifically in Water/Water Treatment projects, for a field assignment in Western Colorado.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide third-party oversight, representing the owner s interests, and work to maintain a working relationship with the other on-site contractors.
• Read, understand, and plan according to the work specifications and contract responsibilities
• Anticipate project conflicts, communicate preventative action plans, and implement solutions to avoid issues
• Understand and plan work according to project plans, change orders, shop drawings, subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay estimates
• Monitor the costs on the project and implement strategies to stay within budget
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Oversee daily field activities leading to optimal progression of the project with Superintendents

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 5 to 10 years of construction experience in water infrastructure projects
• Must be able to legally work in the United States
• Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post-offer drug test.
• Must be willing to work safely and keep OSHA recordable incidents to a minimum.
• Proficiency in understanding construction scheduling, with intimate knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
