J.B. Solutions of Florida, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity that may be perfect for you! We are currently on the lookout for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Brand Ambassador. This position plays a pivotal role in representing our brand values and philosophy to customers. It involves direct interaction with our clients and potential customers, making it essential for our brand ambassador to embody the spirit and integrity of J.B. Solutions. Please note, this position is not remote and will require presence at various event locations and retail environments.

As our Brand Ambassador, you will have the chance to work directly with our marketing and sales teams to boost brand awareness and sales through engaging promotions and presentations. This role is perfect for someone who is charismatic, loves interacting with people, and is driven by results. You'll be the face of the brand, creating memorable experiences for customers and forming relationships that build brand loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent J.B. Solutions in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Engage with customers and potential clients to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Assemble and demonstrate products to educate consumers on the benefits and usage of our offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions and marketing meetings to stay updated on product features and promotional strategies.
  • Assist customers in understanding product details and answering their queries convincingly.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Monitor customer and market reactions to adapt strategies and approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to conceive and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Write product orders and ensure they are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Report on campaign results and customer feedback to the marketing team.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, conventions, and other promotional events to represent the brand.
  • Help manage social media presence and engage with followers in a manner that aligns with brand values.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Must possess positive energy and an enthusiastic vibe.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and special events as required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations as the job demands.
