As a Bell Person, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service. 
• Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions.
• Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings.
• Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services. 
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay. 
• Adhere to all security and safety regulations. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills essential as majority of work time is spent interacting with hotel guests and staff.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
