Job Description We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support and guide our team through process improvements and skill development. This role is focused on coaching, advising, and enabling the team-not leading a full transformation or enforcing Agile practices rigidly. The ideal candidate will help evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and provide informal training to uplift the team. Key Responsibilities - Assess current team skills, processes, and resources to identify gaps and improvement areas. - Provide informal Agile training sessions (no certifications required) to help the team upskill. - Guide, coach, and advise the existing team on - Agile principles and best practices in a practical, flexible manner. - Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to gather meaningful data and drive actionable insights. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment without strictly following Agile "to the T." - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
