What You'll Be Doing:

Process Invoices with Precision: Review, code, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Build Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any payment discrepancies.
Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Generate Reports: Create reports related to accounts payable activity and outstanding liabilities.
Support Financial Operations: Assist in month-end closing processes and reconcile accounts payable.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to internal controls and financial policies.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, ideally within a real estate lending or mortgage lending environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
QBO (QuickBooks Online) is a must.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
