  • You’re a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a degree in one of the following areas listed below from an accredited college or university:
    • Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Communications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Information Science, Information Technology, Liberal Arts, Political Science, History, English, Philosophy, Management and Organization, Marketing
  • This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice.
  • Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
  • In addition to the role-based projects you’ll work on, you’ll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor.

The Spectrum Internship Experience

You’ll join one of our departments for the summer, where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it’s like to work at a leading connectivity company. You’ll have access to:

What you can expect in this role 

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams — your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

  • Responsible for conducting business analysis activities around new product requests for Seamless Entertainment and The Spectrum App Store, to identify business problems and propose business solutions.
  • Provide a complete analysis of the organizational and operational impacts of developing, implementing, and supports a new product.
  • Act as liaison between Product Management and technical and operational support groups impacted by new products - such as Engineering, IT, Customer Operations.
  • Possess knowledge of each group's technical capabilities, systems, processes, capacity, etc. and applies that knowledge to translate the business or user needs into business requirements and possible solutions that can be executed within the constraints of the project and the organization

Required qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

  • Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly become subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of streaming industry and apps

The base pay for this position generally is between $27.50 and $29.50 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
